The choreographer Bára Sigfúsdóttir studied dance in Iceland and the Netherlands and at P.A.R.T.S. in Brussels. As part of her residence at Moussem, she is creating a new choreography for two dancers: Masoumeh Jalalieh and Alireza Mir from Tehran. In this production she sheds light on the significance of movement in differing cultural contexts. She relates the production to different audiences, each of which experiences the work on the basis of their own social and societal conventions.
