FINANCIAL COORDINATOR (40% - 100%):
The financial coordinator is responsible for the business and organisational underpinnings of Moussem's activities, and monitors the coherence between artistic vision, policy objectives, resources and processes. Together with the artistic director, this position forms the leadership core of the organisation, as stipulated in the Arts Decree. The coordinator ensures the sustainable implementation of the multi-year policy plan, with a focus on financial health, personnel policy, governance and accountability.
The position will be filled in phases, with a preparatory role at 40% in the policy planning phase from 1 April 2026 and a full-time appointment from 1 September 2027 for the implementation of the 2028-2032 multi-year policy plan within the framework of the Arts Decree.

PRODUCTION FREELANCERS
Are you a creative professional with experience in production and organisation within the performing and/or visual arts? We are looking for independent freelancers who want to join our production pool for 2026! Your tasks will include:
Production supervision of projects and events • Logistical and administrative support • Contributing to creative and practical solutions for production challenges • Following up on production agreements with artists and partners • Creating riders • Arranging materials, instruments, venues, technical specifications • Arranging local and international transport • Arranging accommodation and catering • Monitoring and checking project budgets and schedules • Managing temporary production and technical staff within productions and events.
