Nabila hopes to find happiness in the big city and flees the life she has with her parents in the countryside. Once in the city she becomes a lost soul. However, she survives, finds friendship and love. Then she discovers a terrible truth: a world in which the few decide the fate of many. Moussem goes back a long way with writer, graphic designer, illustrator and publisher Paul Verrept. He wrote the text for the successful youth theatre production UMM, and we have published three theatre texts by the writers Saadallah Wannous, Hala Moughanie and Issam Mahfouz with his publishing company Bebuquin. Composer and visual artist Zad Moultaka appeared last season during the tarab concerts with the unique ‘La passion d’Adonis’.
