Hoe vertel je een geschiedenis in wording? Moussem artist in residence Leyla-Claire Rabih verwerkt in deze nieuwe creatie drie teksten van de Syrische auteur Mohammad Al Attar. Ze belichten ieder een specifiek moment in de recentste geschiedenis van Syrië en tonen hoe het land van een opstand in een burgeroorlog verzeild raakte. In een mix van spel, beelden en video biedt deze brandend actuele voorstelling inzicht in de complexiteit van het Syrische conflict.
Na studies literatuur werkte Leyla-Claire Rabih gedurende 10 jaar als regisseur van hedendaags repertoire in Duitsland. In 2008 vestigt ze zich in Lyon en richt er haar eigen gezelschap Grenier Neuf op.
